Machine Workshop

With more than 40 CNC machines and the same number of universal machines we are capable of processing some 10 tons of material per week (mainly aluminum, stainless steel, tooling steel, brass, bronze and plastics). Also, Unimet machine superalloys like inconel, hastelloy or titanium. Unimet is specialized in turning, milling, and sheet metal processing.

Turning

from a diameter of 0,8mm to 450mm which we carry out on:

Welding

Erosion

  • Wire erosion machine , max work piece 810mm x 510mm x 250mm
  • Spark erosion machine, max work piece 550mm x 350mm x 350mm

Engraving

  • Laser engraving of work pieces, up to 120mm x 120mm
  • Electrolytic etching

Assembly Department

The assembly department includes assembling, testing (earth connection, leaking, conductivity etc), packaging and shipment of products in accordance with the customers’ requirements. This department consists of several sections, out of which the following sections are distinguished:

  • Assembly line for construction lasers (Ama Laser)
  • Assembly line for flow-control positioners (Flowserve)
  • Assembly line for conveyors, feeding units and tools for pick and place machines (Mydata Automation)
  • Assembly line for beverage packaging machines (Tetra Pak)
  • Assembly line for ultrasonic welding devices (Telsonic)
